Role: Clinical Chart Reviewer

Qualification: MBBS Doctors only

Timings: General Shift (8 AM - 5 PM)

5 days working ( Monday to Friday)

Experience: 1+ Years (Clinical / Non Clinical)

**Salary**: Staring from for fresher 6.5 Lacs

**Job Description**:

- Ability to review the patient’s longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions based on symptoms, medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among other data points.
- Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated with patient risk, major conditions and comorbidities driving healthcare utilization and consumption, and key shifts in value based care.
- Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patient’s risks for a poor outcome.

In short:
Review Patients Medical Records

Review case history of patients & their family

Understanding patients' risks, major conditions, medical coding, etc.

Conduct deep and thorough evaluation of patients documents

Identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care or risk, diseases & occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patients risk.

Identify Symptoms.

Note:

- 15 Days training will be provided along with salary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹650,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
