**Hiring For Digital Marketing - Associate**

Make a real difference by putting your Marketing experience and expertise to work as an Digital Marketing - Associate at Subhwanti Institute of Education. We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Associate (Education sector) to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. You will be in charge of the company’s advertising and marketing activities to achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence and creativity. A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Social media marketing
- developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
- Well versed with Landing page creations
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.
- Developing new channels for students recruitment
- Developing Marketing activities for organisation

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- MBA/BBM degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
