**Key Responsibilities**:

- **University and Institutional Outreach**: Actively engage with schools, colleges, and universities to establish partnerships for workshops, seminars, and tie-ups. Focus on introducing services and products.
- **Product and Service Promotion**: Counsel institutional representatives to promote offerings, ensuring alignment with their organizational needs.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate at least 5 daily leads by initiating contact and setting up meetings with educational institutions.
- **Workshops and Presentations**: Organize and deliver workshops and presentations to showcase expertise and capabilities to educational institutions.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently achieve daily and monthly targets of scheduling meetings and arranging collaborations.
- **Follow-Ups and Relationship Building**: Maintain consistent communication with educational partners to address inquiries and foster long-term collaborations.
- **Market Research**: Identify potential schools and universities to expand Whizamet’s network and stay informed about market trends.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of leads, progress, and meetings using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields.
- 3 years of proven experience in institutional or educational counselling, focusing on partnerships and service promotion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional representatives.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
