**About Us**:
TechCadd Computer Education is a leading company dedicated to providing training to young generation. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated education counsellor to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting counselling sessions with students.
- Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions, career
- planning and personal development.
- Guiding students through academic improvement.
- Creating academic and career development plans.
- Maintaining notes and student records.
- Answer inquiry calls and record details of each conversation for future follow-up.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Be up to date with new courses launched by the company.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Good communication, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
- Customer centric approach.
- Technologically sound.
- Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
- English speaking proficiency will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS word and MS Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
