**About Us**:

We’re looking for a proactive **Education Counsellor** who can connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning path — while driving admissions and leads through impactful counselling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Have experience in lead generation targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
- Maintain student databases and follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct counselling sessions (in person, via phone, or video calls).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated about all course offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
- Minimum **1-3 years of experience** as an Education Counsellor or in student counselling/admissions.
- Proven track record in **lead generation and conversion through counselling.**:

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,835.39 - ₹30,000.00 per month
