Role Description

The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time on-site role, based in Chennai. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing client accounts, addressing client queries and concerns, creating and implementing customer service strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.

**Job Description**:

- Generate new buy leads by calling them; follow up on a regular base and initiate sales.
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Maintaining and submitting detailed reports of call logs
- Maintain a good relationship with the customer
- Maintain business to business relationship with companies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
