Sales Strategy: Develops sales strategy by analysing market trends, identifying target customer segments; executes strategy effectively to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Understands customer needs, and ensures excellent customer service through regular follow up and quick resolution of potential issues
- Marketing: Partners with digital marketing team to create marketing content/campaigns and manage the firm’s electronic (website/social media) presence
- Market Research: Conducts market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Utilises findings to support sales and marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Monitors sales performance, and prepares reports on sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
- Branding: Plays a key role in development and maintenance of the brand's image and identity, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all sales and marketing materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
