ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager, People Partner who is passionate about People data to support our India Artificial Intelligence (AI), Product, Technology and other functions for our India team. You will report to the Director, People Partner - AI, Product & Technology and partner closely with COEs within the People team, to align the delivery of initiatives into the business functions. You will interface directly with our Babylonians and provide guidance, coaching and alignment with our leadership team in India while partnering with the broader People team on People led programmes and initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development and recognition programs.
- Identify and surface qualitative and quantitative data trends to help improve organisational health and effectiveness. Consolidate reports and insights on progress to be shared with People Leadership.
- Facilitate, support and deliver on workforce plans
- Understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions.
- Interpret complex analyses and tie them back to business priorities.
- Meet with key stakeholders to discuss people's challenges
- Provide full cycle HR support including both strategic and hands-on
- Bring people expertise and develop solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
- Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
- identify and pilot new processes and approaches to address business needs or gaps, as well as the collaborate with COE's to improve or land ongoing People processes
- Question and challenge to uncover the root of people and business issues
- Utilise advanced coach technics and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help make recommendations to improve business efficiency

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced People Partner with an appreciation of the Artificial Intelligence, Product & Technology functions
- Significant experience operating as a HR Business Partner to leaders in a fast paced, high growth tech organisation
- Able to work within constraints and challenge the status quo
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Drive an outcome-focused and data oriented mindset.
- Strong team management capabilities and a proven track record to coach Managers, Leaders and Employees
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, storytelling, leveraging data and written and verbal communication aptitude
- Tenacity, resilience and positivity
