Job Title*: Civil Engineer / Architect - High-Rise Projects *Experience*: 5+ Years *Location*: Vapi / Silvassa *Industry*: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure *Employment Type*: Full-Time ## *Job Summary*: ## *Key Responsibilities*: - Prepare accurate *project cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirement sheets for **high-rise buildings*. - Develop and track *project schedules*, timelines, and progress reports using MS Project/Primavera (preferred). - Create, modify, and review *architectural and structural drawings* in *AutoCAD*. - Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities. - Conduct *site visits* to verify progress and ensure adherence to drawings and safety standards. - Assist in tender preparation and quantity surveying. - Maintain detailed project documentation and assist in preparing as-built drawings. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental and safety regulations. ## *Key Skills Required*: - Proficiency in *AutoCAD*, MS Excel, and project planning tools. - Strong knowledge of *estimation and planning for high-rise buildings*. - Excellent understanding of *structural and architectural detailing*. - Familiarity with construction norms, materials, and techniques used in high-rise projects. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders and teams. ## *Qualifications*: - Bachelor’s Degree in *Civil Engineering* or *Architecture*. - Minimum *5 years of relevant experience*, preferably in high-rise construction. - Familiarity with *local building regulations* in Gujarat / DNH region. ## *Job Location*: - *Vapi / Silvassa* ## *Salary*:upto 50k - Based on experience and current industry standards. ## *How to Apply*: *"Application - Civil Engineer/Architect - High-Rise - Vapi/Silvassa"* Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month **Experience**: - Architecture: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
