**What We’re looking for**
We are looking for a highly talented Inside Sales Specialist who wants to help farmers. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately recording details of customers' purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' need and preferences.
- continually meeting or exceeding daily targets with respect to call volume and sales.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication - both speaking and active listening.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
