**Role**: Telesales Executive

**Location**: Sector 63, Gurgaon

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the international freight industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
