**Job Role: Assistant Manager**
**Location: Goregaon,Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of international ticketing operations for both individual and group bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with airtines and other vendors to secure the best rates and terms for flights.
- Handle special requests, such as meal preferences, seating arrangements, and assistance for passengers with special needs.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in the airline and travel industry, including new regulations, changes in baggage allowances, and travel advisorien
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise with bookings or travel plans in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
- Utilize travel booking systems and software proficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Operations Executive in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline ticketing for international and group travel, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards and procedures, including IATA regulations.
- Proficiency in using airline ticketing software and GDS systems (eg.. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
