**What you will do everyday**:

- Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Accounting, Finance and Compliance functions
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
- Participate in strategic financial projects including upgrades to internal software
- Advisory on tax planning and investments

**Your Superpowers**:

- Experience in the field of management accounting / FinCon function
- Thorough knowledge of Indian GAAP, Direct and Indirect Taxation relating to corporate accounting
- Experience in process improvements, organised with attention to detail

**Reporting Structure**:
This role will report to Nilesh Aggarwal - CEO, IJCP Group

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
