Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the editorial team to conceptualize and design visually appealing layouts for magazine articles, features, and advertisements related to steel construction and metal buildings.

Develop high-quality graphics, infographics, and illustrations to enhance editorial content and communicate technical information effectively.

Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create and edit designs for both print and digital mediums.

Ensure that all designs adhere to the magazine's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across print and digital platforms.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our visual content.

Work closely with printers and production teams to ensure that final designs are optimized for print and meet quality standards.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional banners, and event collateral, to support the magazine's outreach efforts.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and relevant experience in the publishing or construction industry.

Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, take direction, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

Knowledge of steel construction and metal building terminology and concepts is preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
