Cold calling to extract information regarding potential

customers
- Call focussed leads with a view to convert them to enrol for courses
- Answer queries regarding offerings of the company
- Generate promising leads for the sales team to pursue
- Accurately record customer details
- Meet / exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and lead generation.

Qualifications:

- 10+2/ Graduate
- Tech savvy
- Excellent Communication Skills - ability to connect with people over phone
- Patient | good listener | enthusiastic
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

**Experience**:

- Min 1 -2 years in a telesales position. Exposure to the Beauty & Wellness industry would be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
