Ahmedabad
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Counsel students for their course enquiry.
- Mentor junior counsellors.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets along with other KPI’s set by the organization.
- Calculate conversion rates.
- Use the CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales and Reports.
- Will be given additional responsibilities as senior counsellors.
- Team Player
**Required Experience and Qualifications**:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Fresher’s or up to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent Written & Spoken English Language Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills.
- Interest in Sales and Counselling as individual contributor.
- Knowledge of CRM and EdTech Work Experience is an advantage
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-Motivated, Passionate to grow on dynamic work environment.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Flexible in Shift time & Rotational Weekly off (Any 9 Hrs a day)
