**Role Summary**:
Housivity is hiring a **creative and strategic female Content Creator** to lead our content efforts in Mumbai. If you’re passionate about storytelling, understand buyer behavior, and can simplify real estate into relatable, high-performing content — this role is for you. You’ll work closely with the video, social media, and marketing teams to turn ideas into action.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research buyer psychology, market trends, and content formats that connect.
- Write engaging scripts for reels, video ads, and buyer awareness content.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Guide the video team during shoots and ensure the brand voice is reflected.
- Analyze content performance and adapt strategies based on insights.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command over written content in English and Hindi.
- Ability to create both short-form (reels, ad copy) and long-form content.
- Prior experience in real estate or B2C content marketing is preferred.
- Confident, creative, and highly collaborative in a team environment.
- A portfolio or sample of past work is highly recommended.
