**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with Architects/Contractors/Corporate customers and visit construction sites and projects to promote SteelonClick's products.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by effectively utilizing your sales skills.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or above.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the Steel Industry.
- Knowledge of TMT bars, structural steel, and Pipes
- Strong database of builders, contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
