**Location**: URBX Knowledge Park, Thrikkakara, Cochin
**Position**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Training Delivery**:

- Provide hands-on training in accounting software (like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) to build practical skills.

**2. Content & Assessments**:

- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and case studies tailored to student needs.
- Develop and evaluate student assignments, tests, and project work.
- Update course content regularly to reflect current industry practices and standards.

**3. Student Support**:

- Encourage active participation and engagement through discussions and activities.
- Guide students on academic projects and career opportunities in accounting and finance.
- Offer mentoring and support to help students strengthen their professional skills.

**4. Industry Awareness**:

- Keep up with recent updates in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial practices.
- Share industry insights to prepare students for real-world job roles.

**Qualifications**
- At least **1 year of industry/technical experience** in accounting roles (such as taxation, auditing, or financial reporting).
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create effective, student-friendly learning materials.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students towards successful accounting careers.
