**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell various insurance products including life, health, motor, and general insurance.
- Identify potential clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
- Generate leads through networking, references, and outreach activities.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- No specific education requirement; however, a background in sales/insurance will be advantageous.
- POSP (Point of Sales Person) certification is preferred, but we offer support to obtain it.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
