3. Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
4. Working with the Hotel Operator, to present our design, review feedback and incorporate them into revisions
5. Lead junior team members efficiently and pro-actively to delegate and implement tasks
6. Solve complex design problems through schematic design and design development
7. Working with the Technical team to ensure design intent is accurately interpreted, implemented and completed with the stipulated timeline.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
