Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in answering and directing phone calls with professionalism
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files accurately
- Support office staff in daily administrative tasks
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation and management
- Type correspondence and reports as needed
- Computerise information using software such as QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Excellent clerical skills including typing and data entry accuracy
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
