**Quality Control and Assurance**

1. Lead inspection and testing processes for gears and related components at various stages of the manufacturing process.

2.Analyze and interpret test results, product data, and inspection reports to identify potential quality issues.

**Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving**

1. Conduct root cause analysis of defects, customer complaints, and non-conformance issues.

2. Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address any identified quality issues.

3.Lead investigations into production failures and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement solutions.

**Supplier Quality Management**

1.Evaluate and monitor the quality performance of external suppliers of raw materials and components.

2.Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure materials meet specifications.

3.Perform supplier audits and assessments to ensure the supply chain supports manufacturing needs.

**Team Leadership and Development**

1.Supervise, train, and mentor the quality control and assurance team to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards.

2.Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.

3.Establish performance metrics for the quality team and provide regular feedback and coaching.

**Customer Interaction**

1.Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related inquiries, complaints, and product returns.

2.Manage customer quality audits and resolve any quality concerns or issues that may arise.

3.Prepare and submit detailed quality reports and corrective actions to customers as required.

**Compliance and Documentation**

1.Ensure all quality-related records, documents, and reports are accurately maintained, up-to-date, and comply with regulatory requirements.

2.Support internal and external audits and inspections.

3.Oversee the maintenance of gear manufacturing specifications, procedures, and work instructions.

**Experience**

1Experience with ISO 9001:2015 ( QMS )2Proven ability in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and driving process improvements in a manufacturing setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
