**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- **Client Engagement**: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate product or service solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in B2B sales or a specific industry relevant to the company's offerings.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
