**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock audits.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Organize and label items in the store systematically.
- **Procurement and Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Verify the quality and quantity of incoming stock as per purchase orders.
- **Stock Issuance and Replenishment**:

- Issue spare parts, tools, and equipment to departments as required.
- Plan and execute stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Record and track material usage to minimize wastage.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock movements.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with management.
- Handle documentation related to stock receipts, dispatches, and returns.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain quality.
- Oversee loading and unloading activities.
- Implement safety and cleanliness standards in the store area.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the production, maintenance, and procurement teams.
- Address any discrepancies or issues in inventory promptly.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and materials.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word).

**Location : Jamnagar, Gujarat**

**Qualification : Any Graduate**

**Experience : 1-3 years**

**Salary : Up to 25k CTC**

**Key skills : Experience in automobile company is must.**
