The Operations Coordinator for the Sales Field Team plays a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination and efficiency of the field sales operations. This includes supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing schedules, monitoring field performance, handling logistics, and ensuring that the team has the tools and resources they need to achieve sales targets and goals.
- **Sales Field Coordination**:

- Serve as the main liaison between the field sales team and internal operations departments.
- Coordinate and schedule sales visits, appointments, and meetings for the field team.
- Ensure that field sales representatives are equipped with necessary materials, promotional items, and information to perform their duties effectively.
- **Logistics & Resource Management**:

- Manage and track inventory of sales tools, promotional materials, and product samples for the sales team.
- Oversee the timely delivery of resources to field sales representatives, ensuring they have what they need for customer interactions.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking accommodations and transportation for sales team members traveling to customer sites.
- **Sales Support & Reporting**:

- Monitor the sales team’s daily, weekly, and monthly activities, ensuring that schedules and goals are met.
- Collect and compile field sales reports, track performance against targets, and prepare data for management review.
- Assist the sales team in managing customer information, ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting in CRM systems.
- **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Facilitate clear communication between the sales field team and other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product teams.
- Support the field team by answering operational queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing updates on company policies or product information.
- Maintain regular contact with sales reps to ensure they have the necessary support in the field.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate the schedules for sales team members, aligning them with customer appointments, events, and meetings.
- Track sales team attendance and provide reports on field activities for analysis.
- **Problem Solving and Support**:

- Identify and address operational issues impacting the sales field team’s performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve any logístical or operational challenges they may encounter in the field.
- **Sales Performance Tracking and Analysis**:

- Monitor key sales metrics, track progress against targets, and generate reports for management.
- Assist with the analysis of sales data, identifying trends and providing insights to improve sales team performance.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure the field sales team follows company policies, legal regulations, and safety guidelines during customer visits.
- Monitor the accuracy of customer data and ensure all required documents are properly filed and submitted.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Prior experience working with a sales team, particularly in a field sales environment, is highly preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with sales staff and management.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
