**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1.Training Program Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored
to healthcare professionals, covering various topics such as clinical practices, patient care, compliance, and administrative procedures.
**2.Curriculum Planning**: Develop curriculum outlines, lesson plans, and training materials ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
**3.Facilitation and Delivery**: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions virtually, utilizing diverse training methodologies and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
**4.Assessment and Evaluation**: Implement evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness, conduct post-training assessments, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
**5.Subject Matter Expertise**: Keep abreast of industry trends, healthcare regulations, and advancements, ensuring training materials are updated and aligned with the latest practices.
**6.Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR,
Operations, and Compliance to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
**7.Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training activities,
attendance, and evaluations. Generate reports to monitor training effectiveness and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, or related field. Masters degree preferred OR Any Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Trainer or in a similar role within the healthcare industry (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Certifications like (APTD, CPTM, CPTD, CLDP) & others are plus.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
