As a Customer-Facing Sales Representative at Maati, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting with sales. You will work closely with our eCommerce team to support customers through their purchasing journey, from product recommendations to post-purchase follow-ups.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance and understand customer preferences.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and manage returns/exchanges per company policies.
- Track and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with processing store credit, refunds, and exchanges when applicable.
- Support the sales team by following up on leads and upselling products.
- Maintain accurate customer records and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in retail or fashion).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
- Knowledge of basic sales techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel; experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
