**Job Overview**:
CribFactory is seeking a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to create visually engaging and on-brand designs across multiple platforms. From social media content to product packaging, your designs will help communicate our brand’s story and elevate our products in the market.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Create product packaging, brochures, and marketing materials that align with the brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts for new products.
- Assist in developing the visual aspects of campaigns and brand assets.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep CribFactory’s design work fresh and innovative.
- Manage design files and assets efficiently for easy access by the team.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
