**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for marketing materials, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.
- Develop visual concepts that communicate the desired message and appeal to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to produce cohesive designs that enhance the brand identity.
- Work on branding projects such as logos, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Edit and retouch photos and other visual elements for promotional purposes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new software, and best practices to ensure designs are innovative and competitive.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with both print and digital design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently on projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
