**Objectives of this Role**

Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**

Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly

Monitor server health and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed

Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments

Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed

Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

Install and configure software and hardware

Manage network servers and technology tools

Set up accounts and workstations

Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, Troubleshoot issues and outages

Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

Upgrade systems with new releases and models

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

**Skills and Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science

Proven work experience in IT

Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching

Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems

Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication

Experience-3 to 5year

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Pune, Pune - 411045, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 5year: 3 years (preferred)
