**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware Procurement**: Identify hardware requirements, research and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and purchase hardware equipment within budget constraints.
- **Installation and Configuration**: Install, configure, and maintain hardware components such as servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and other networking devices.
- **Hardware Upgrades and Maintenance**: Plan and execute hardware upgrades, replacements, and maintenance activities to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware-related issues, including diagnosing hardware failures, performing repairs, and coordinating with vendors for warranty services.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain an inventory of hardware assets, track usage, monitor warranties, and manage hardware lifecycle including disposal and recycling.
- **Security and Compliance**: Implement hardware security measures, ensure compliance with IT policies and standards, and participate in audits and risk assessments.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain documentation related to hardware configurations, installations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- **Training and Awareness**: Conduct training sessions for end-users on hardware usage, best practices, and security awareness.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain relationships with hardware vendors, manage service contracts, and stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.
- **Project Management**: Collaborate with IT teams on hardware-related projects, contribute to strategic planning, and participate in decision-making processes.

**Salary**: ₹15,328.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
