**Job Purpose**: To engage with potential and existing business clients over the phone, understand their professional needs, and provide them with suitable B2B products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce [specific product/service].
Inform businesses about ongoing B2B promotions, bulk deals, or new product launches.

**Inbound Calls**:Answer incoming calls from business clients to address queries, concerns, or complaints.
Offer support and solutions based on their professional needs and challenges.

**Data Management**:Maintain records of all business interactions and sales.
Update the B2B client database with call outcomes and relevant notes.

**Meeting Targets**:Achieve agreed-upon B2B sales targets and outcomes.
Review personal sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed B2B targets.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members and other departments, such as logistics or finance, to ensure business client satisfaction.
Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and team meetings.

**Follow Communication Scripts**:Use provided scripts tailored to B2B interactions to ensure consistency across calls.
Adjust script based on the situation and business client's response.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in business or related field preferred.

Previous experience in B2B telemarketing, sales, or customer service.

Strong communication skills with an understanding of the business landscape.

Ability to handle complex negotiations and decision-makers.

Patience, persistence, and a professional demeanor.

**Work Environment**:

- Will typically work in an office environment with other B2B telecallers.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,497.16 per month
