**Job Summary**:
Manage electrical maintenance and operations during shifts, ensuring continuous production of sponge iron. Lead a team of technicians, handle troubleshooting, and ensure safety compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Shift Management: Oversee electrical activities, coordinate with production, ensure safety.

2.Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems.

3.Technical Oversight: Ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment, implement energy management practices.

4.Documentation: Maintain records, prepare shift reports.

5.Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct safety audits.
