Bms Operator

BMS operator:

- Graduation / Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics
- Assists in the day‐to‐day monitoring and maintaining of BMS systems.
- Performs system checks, monitors and responds appropriately to alarms, and interprets trending data.
- Assists with monitoring special controlled temperature and humidity vaults.
- Assists in documenting changes or modifications to the BMS systems, including programming or set point changes.
- Assists in coordinating technical, maintenance, and operations personnel to troubleshoot operating problems.
- Assists in performing scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests, including replacement and modifications of control or instrumentation equipment as directed.
- **Monitor the repairs of the BMS-controlled systems carried out by the service provider throughout the siteCarry out routine checks for correct operation and troubleshooting and minor repairs of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.**:

- **Monitor the operation of the HVAC, Fire systems & CCTV using the BMS to monitor performance.Adjust variables and provide adjustments as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters**:

- **Monitor and record values of HVAC and other systems controlled by the BMS to build up a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvement.Personally accountable for ensuring all work is carried out in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.**

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹19,826.55 per month
