Urgently required Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resident Care and Welfare**:

- Ensure that all residents are treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.
- Monitor residents’ health and emotional well-being; coordinate with nurses, doctors, and caregivers as needed.
- Address any complaints or concerns raised by residents or their families promptly.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise caregivers, housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing across all shifts.
- Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support to team members.
- **Daily Operations Management**:

- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the facility.
- Ensure timely and nutritious meals, medication distribution, and recreational activities.
- Maintain records related to attendance, health check-ups, supplies, and services.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain files and reports related to residents, staff, and facility operations.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement of supplies, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with vendors, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- **Health and Emergency Response**:

- Ensure timely medical attention during emergencies.
- Maintain a list of emergency contacts and healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular safety drills and health awareness sessions.
- **Family and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with family members of residents regarding their well-being.
- Plan and organize visits, celebrations, and community events.
- Encourage volunteer involvement and donations as applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Any Graduate
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience in elder care, healthcare, or social work settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in elder care.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
