**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Arrangements and Coordination**:

- Plan and organize travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Handle bookings and confirmations for customers using travel management systems.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide customized solutions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and offer travel advice.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and manage travel-related documents such as tickets, itineraries, invoices, and permits.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local tour operators to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
- Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Address last-minute changes or challenges during travel and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure smooth handling of cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Collect client feedback post-travel and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide periodic operational reports to management.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: HSC
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years in a travel operations or similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with GDS (Global Distribution Systems) like Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
