**Position**: MIS Executive Job

**Location**: Goregaon, Mumbai

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years
- Collect, analyze, and report data from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and other business intelligence tools to support management in making informed decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to help drive business decisions.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and integrity across all databases and systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, define metrics, and establish data governance policies.
- Develop and implement data visualization techniques to improve the presentation of information to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews of MIS processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Relevant Industries/ Sector**: Aromatic, Specialty chemicals / Automobile / Finance / Engineering / Production & Manufacturing

**Skills - Mandatory**
- Train and support end-users on the use of MIS systems and tools
- Maintain all Current and Previous data
- Preparing Weekly Monthly MIS Reports and Prepare Daily Management information systems
- Preparation of various MIS report
- High proficiency expected in Excel and worksheets
- Knowledge of handling various database

**Software Skills - Basic**: Microsoft Office & Internet

**Software Skills - Advanced**: MS Excel / Tableau & MS Project ( Optional )

**Salary**: ₹11,212.64 - ₹30,799.24 per month
