**Job Summary**:
NVT Quality Certification Pvt. Ltd. is looking for smart and enthusiastic Administration Executive who would act as a point of contact for the management and all the employees, providing administrative support and manage their queries.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Manage day to day functioning of office operations.

2. Allocation of task to the support team.

3. Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and infrastructure.

4. Ensuring office readiness for executive meetings and interviews.

5. Manage travel arrangements.

6. Vendor Management.

7. General Upkeep of office premises.

8. Manage any AD hoc office activities.

**Desired Skills Required**:
1. Excellent written and oral communication.

2. Proficient computer skills including Excel, MS Office, Word.

3. Excellent time and people management skills.

4. Resourceful and Responsive.

5. Ethical and Transparent.

**Basic Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.

**Experience Level Required**:

- 2+ Years.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
