A very well reputed company require a QA/QC Inspector with a minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Marine / Oil & Gas / Shipping Industry

Previous work experience in gulf countries is preferred

Responsible for various inspection jobs material receiving inspection, reviewing contractor quality control procedures, NDT procedures, welding procedures and Inspection Test Plan, witnessing welder qualification. Like routine inspection of welding parameters, visual inspection, checking the material traceability.

Job responsibility includes complete QC activities & compiled documentations of Projects records, meeting clients, execution of NDT job as per requirements and satisfaction of clients/representative, welding inspection, welder qualification, QC activities, preparation of reports and co-ordination with the client representatives ; witnessing hydro test, vacuum-box testing, monitoring pre & post weld heat treatment, interpretation & evaluation of radiographs, carrying out RT,UT, MPT, LPT ,VT on ASME coded pressure vessels and heat exchangers, allied structures, storage tanks, power piping and process piping; visual inspection of fit-up, in-process welding, pre & post weld inspection at various sites and co-ordination with third party inspectors, preparation & maintaining reports at various projects.
