**Responsibilities for Accounts Trainee**
- Provides guidance to the Fund Accounting Team
- Ensures technical assistance to Fund Accounting Team
- Problem solving for the Fund Accounting Team in resolving issues
- Supervises the Fund Accounting Team to ensure that procedures are followed and that the service is at the required standard
- Performs the annual evaluation of the Fund Accounting Team
- Assist with the management of the fixed asset & project costing function ensuring accuracy of the fixed asset register
- Co-ordinating and preparing all intercompany invoicing to/from other PMI affiliates
- Preparing journals
- Participating in specific project groups as determined by business needs
- Assist with monthly and annual account reconciliations, close activities and balance sheet management

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate (preferrably in accountancy)
- Self-starter with good organisational skills
- Ability and confidence to challenge current processes and identify alternatives

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
