**Key Responsibilities**:

- Test Case Development: Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Bug Reporting: Identify, log, and track bugs using bug-tracking systems and ensure they are resolved by coordinating with the development team.
- Functional Testing: Perform manual and automated functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple platforms.
- ERP Testing: (preferred) Conduct testing of ERP systems, ensuring that modules perform efficiently and as per the requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive testing reports and documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggest improvements to enhance software quality.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 1-2 Years of QA Testing Experience: Proven experience in software quality assurance.
- ERP Testing Experience (Advantageous): Hands-on experience testing ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of QA Tools: Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, Selenium, TestRail, or other automated testing frameworks.
- Understanding of SDLC: Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when executing tests and reporting bugs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ERP Testing: Previous experience in testing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
- Automation Skills: Knowledge of automated testing tools will be an added advantage.
- Certifications: ISTQB or any relevant QA certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
