**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site.
- Coordinate with construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure that safety guidelines and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
- Address any issues or challenges on-site promptly to avoid delays.
- Maintain daily logs and reports of site activities.
- Assist in site inspections and ensure all compliance requirements are met.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a construction or site supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
- Flexible to work with dynamic schedules and project needs.
