Our R&D team in Bangalore & Hyderabad are one of the most strategic and growing teams at Microsoft IDC. We are hiring an advanced in career Program Manager to help us deliver services and experiences for empowering Microsoft’s developer and partner ecosystem to be successful.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Vision** - Understand the space and the success factors to help build a vision of how a high-scale Partner and Seller Compensation space operates

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of IT/Product Engineering experience, 3 years of core software engineering experience, and 3+ years’ operating in a complex, multi-system environment or an online service space
- Experience with shipping at least 1 full product release, from release inception through live site support
- Real-world smart, logical product manager and able to learn new areas quickly
- Executive presence and business acumen to win the hearts and minds of technical and business leaders.
- Ability to generate trust, build alliances across the organization, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of engineering, and customers
- Recognized as thought leaders and mentors.
