**Position**: Property Management Services (PMS) Sales Officer
**Location**:Kondapur, Hyderabad
**Experience**: Minimum 0-1 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred)

**Looking only for the energetic (PMS) Field Sales Officer’s who can join the team ImmediatelyRole & Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition:

- Identify and onboard property builder and association for Property Management Services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property management needs.

2. Service Promotion:

- Provide in-depth knowledge about property management services offered, including property maintenance, rent collection, and legal compliance.
- Showcase the value of professional property management to clients, highlighting how it maximizes property ROI.

3. Sales Strategy Execution:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of property management processes and local real estate markets
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused

**Salary Structure**:
Fixed Salary : Rs. 25,000 per month

Travel Allowance : Rs. 3,000 - Rs. 5,000 per month (based on actual expenses)

Incentives : 25% of the management fee on each contract successfully closed

**Note**:

- The average management fee per contract is approximately **Rs. 1,00,000,** offering substantial earning opportunities through incentives.
- This role provides significant potential for financial growth and career advancement based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
