**About the Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a **proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator** who thrives on managing people and processes. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our digital team and influencer partners—ensuring campaigns run smoothly, team tasks stay on track, and digital performance keeps improving.


**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with digital marketing team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and campaigns.
- Review work from internal teams for quality and provide support where necessary.
- Facilitate influencer marketing efforts by managing communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and other departments to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and share innovative ideas with the team.

**Requirements**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in digital marketing or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational and **team management skills**.
- Hands-on experience in social media marketing and influencer coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to **convince and collaborate** effectively.

**Bonus Points**:

- Agency experience managing multiple accounts
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
- Experience with reporting and performance evaluation dashboards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
