**Role Overview**

As an **Inside Sales Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your role will involve engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and helping to close deals efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Elcom Digital’s products and services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign leads and nurture prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information.
- Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Elcom Digital’s offerings and stay updated on industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in inside sales, sales coordination, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections effectively.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹9,826.74 - ₹16,000.00 per month
