Associate - Trademark - New Delhi

Qualifications & Experience:
1. A three/five-year law degree from a reputed university with an excellent academic record
2. Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm in the field of Trademarks
4. Must have good experience of appearing before the Trademarks Registry for show cause/opposition hearings.
5. Must have experience in drafting opinions/ cease and desist notices/Written Submissions/preparing due diligence reports.

Knowledge areas
1. Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
2. Must be able to analyse the problem/ issue at hand, research from different databases and draft first cut drafts in opposition matters.
3. Must be able to communicate with clients directly, if need be.
4. Must be able to work under the guidance of a Senior Associate/Partner in drafting and preparing documents/ pleadings.
5. Must be open to visiting various Trade Marks Offices when the need arises.
