Job Title: UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering visually appealing, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our development team, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and design innovative solutions that meet business objectives and enhance the user experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute UX/UI design concepts for our digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital interfaces.

Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to identify user needs and preferences, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.

Keep up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and user experience.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design.

Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools.

Understanding of UX design principles and best practices, including user research, user testing, and analysis.

Knowledge of UI design principles and techniques, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Passion for creating user-centric designs that enhance the user experience and drive business objectives.

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- UX: 3 years (preferred)
- HTML5: 1 year (preferred)
