3. Quality Assurance: Monitor development processes, conduct regular code reviews, and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality software products.
4. Training and Development: Support the training and development needs of the production team to enhance their technical skills and keep them updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.
5. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with coding standards, industry best practices, and security protocols while adhering to data privacy regulations in all production activities.
6. Incident Management: Oversee incident response and resolution processes, ensuring mínimal disruption to development due to technical issues.
7. Performance Monitoring: Implement measures to track and enhance production efficiency, minimize system downtime, and reduce errors or defects in software products.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations is advantageous.
